From I-20
From I-20 take Exit 61 (Sunset Blvd./US 378) toward West Columbia and go 1.4 miles.  Look for Health Directions – Lexington Medical Center.  After the Health Directions sign, you will then take a right into Consolidated Business Park (3221 – 3231).  You will see several business names on a large brick monument sign.  Once in the Business Park, continue straight and take your second left.  At this left, you will see a large blue and white Columbia Eye Clinic sign at the top of the building.  The entrance will be to your right after you have taken the left turn.

From I-26
From I-26, take Exit 110 (Sunset Blvd./US-378) toward Lexington/West Columbia. Merge right onto Sunset Blvd/US-378 W (signs for Lexington) and go approximately 1 mile. Look for Parks Furniture Antiques on the left, then take the next left onto Saluda Woods Place. Take the first right into the business park to arrive at 3227, Suite C.

From Downtown Columbia
Take Gervais St./US-1/US-76/US-378 W over the Gervais Street Bridge. After crossing the Gervais Street Bridge make a slight right onto Sunset Blvd./US-378 W. Stay on Sunset Blvd. for approximately 4.34 miles. Look for Parks Furniture Antiques on the left, then take the next left onto Saluda Woods Place. Take the first right into the business park to arrive at 3227, Suite C.
