INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY CLOSURES
The Lexington, Northeast Columbia, and West Columbia locations will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
The Downtown Columbia location will be closed on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5, 2025.
All offices will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Dr. Barker is an excellent Retina specialist. The journey is not almost 10 years and under Dr. Barker’s care my eyes are doing great.
My first visit was today and I had a great experience. I saw Dr. Edward Crosswell. The nurse was great and understanding as I told her about my family history. For the past year I have been blinded by my cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Nunn removed my cataract in my right eye- it was very dense and like cement he later told me. I NOW CAN SEE perfectly out of my right eye. I am having my cataract removed from my left eye, which I am confident will go as good as my right eye did. Thanks to Dr. Nunn I can see my own face in a mirror, other people’s faces and even the green grass outside! In short Dr. Nunn gave me sight again. He is a GREAT and wonderful Dr. I recommend him highly for anyone who has a cataract that needs removal. There really are no words to express my gratitude, and joy at how happy I am now after my surgery. Dr. Nunn thank you so SO very much.
Dr. Cross restored my eyesight in my left eye by removing scar tissue on my cornea. Thank you Dr. Cross.
My appointment was pleasant and informative. The staff were efficient and pleasant while doing their jobs. This was the first time I met Dr. Nunn. He was very clear in his explanations regarding the procedures I will be having. He also was patient in answering my and my daughter’s questions. My daughter commented on the fact that he didn’t try to hurry us through the appointment. I feel much less apprehensive about the surgical procedures that I’ll be having soon.

Columbia Eye Clinic is the best place to go if you have vision problems. Dr. William Cain, Jr. performed my Visian ICL surgery, and it was one the best experiences of my life. My eyes were considerably past the point for Lasik surgery, and Dr. Cain met with me over and over, collecting data and running tests, to find the best fit for the surgery. Boy, he was completely accurate! I’ve never been able to see this well in my life. No glasses or contacts since the surgery, almost 2 years ago.

When I met Dr. Stephen Cross it was hard to believe what this young doctor was telling me– I was not going to need to wear glasses anymore. Keep in mind that I wore glasses all my life, and here I am at 71 years young with cataracts. Dr. Cross was the answer to my prayers. This young doctor was very professional and did my eye surgery with confidence. His surgery coordinator Mrs. Kelsey was also very professional and helpful. Overall, I am very impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Cross and his team. My quality of life has changed dramatically and I am very grateful!
Dr. Nunn is awesome! He has given me my eyesight back I will forever be grateful. He removed my cataracts in both eyes recently, I couldn’t be happier. All the staff here has been wonderful!

Dr. Newman diagnosed my husband’s facial tremors as Meiges disease. He’s now getting injections that enable him to keep his eyelids from blinking so rapidly. Its been like a miracle. Dr. Newman is the BEST!
Dr. Snoddy and her assistant did a great job making sure I was able to find contacts and readers to make sure my vision is where I want it to be. The receptionist and my check out person were friendly. See you next year.

Dr. Wild did cataract surgery on one eye in August and the other eye in October. She is wonderful and I would recommend her highly to anyone. I can see and read without glasses! And most of my friends who have had this done was not nearly as successful – Dr. Wild is the greatest!, my sight is perfect! Thank you Dr. Wild!
