Electronic Medical Records

Beginning on June 15, 2015, Columbia Eye Clinic will begin implementation of electronic medical records at all three of our locations. You will still receive the same unparalleled level of care from our staff and physicians, but you may notice a few changes when you come in for your next appointment. We may ask you to sign an electronic tablet, or you may notice our technicians entering information from your exam into a secure computer system.  We appreciate your patience while our staff becomes familiar with the new system.
